Very small room, could only exit the bed from 1 side. Shower was only 1 setting and it was too hot and the sink was leaking. Room was clean and fresh but we had no milk so couldn't have a cup of tea. Staff were no where to be seen. Good location if going to the Abba voyage show.

Nice place to stay for the price paid, clean and fresh house-keeping done daily is very quiet on the premises however 4 star for its location, road traffic noise, bed wasn’t too comfortable and the kettle & iron was unusable. Overall I would stay here again because I was very happy generally free parking was a treat for London too. Thanks again.
Host very nice. Nice clean sheets and fresh towels each day, but room was tired and could do with a deep clean. Bathroom clean but could do with attention. No food options on site but there is a tescos in walking distance. That said, not bad value for London, might be back if I'm in the area.

Staid on 28th of April rooms very nice and clean looks as New.comfy beds we had 3 singles the only thing was dissapointed was the look from outside was the curtains hanging of but don't let that put you off as when you go in side was totally different look so must be rooms that do not get used as it looks like it's a new build very clean I would stay again if need be .and missing a breakfast. Thank you for the stay.
Value for money,convenient location 10 mins from wanstead metro station,30 mins from city centre. The room was a bit small and not the cleanest i have been,but it had a modern bathroom,daily cleaning service and everything was functional. Towels were changed every day and the receptionist was helpful.
Stayed here one night to attend the Iron Maiden gig at London Stadium. Late booking as my booked-nine-months-prior b&b cancelled my booking at short notice (angry face). Surprised and happy to get the last room here for £65! Clean and comfy-enough, if a little dated. Set in a quiet suburban street. Walking distance (via a few little beer/snack shops) to Wanstead Central line underground station. Four car parking spaces right outside the front door.
